A girl sighed as she sat down in her usual chair in the Library, she was wearing her black knee length skirt, her red Gryffindoor jumper, her white puffy shirt sleeves stuck out from the jumper and then Gryffindoor tie sat on her chest. Her blue eyes were barely visible through the bangs of gingery brown hair that she'd inherited from both her mother and father. For once her long frizzy hair wasn't untidy, it laid in a long eligant plat down to the smalls of her back.

He was looking at her yet again. That Malfoy with the blonde hair and stunning blue eyes that she couldn't help but love, she used to call him a friend. He'd changed so much over the bonding day with his father. How many times had they argued about this now? Fifteen times? Maybe more. She'd lost count. It always started off with the same thing and Rose Weasley sighed as She heard his agrivated sigh and heard his chair pull in next to her. His green and silver tie lay on his chest covered with his emerald green Slytherin jumper.

'Weasley.' He seethed to her, she frowned at him whilst making a little 'hmmph' noise. Her hair started to turn red and he smirked.
'I didn't know we were on a last name basis now, Scorpius.' She frowned at him again when he chuckled.
'Fine, how are you Rose?' He asked her, the friendly boy shining. Rose couldn't help but smile at him.
'I'm allright, just missing a dear friend.' She smiled at him, he returned it willingly.
'And that friend is?' He asked her, his eyebrow rising a little.
'You.' She blushed, making her hair turn a little pinker.
'You missed me?' He asked her, his tone suprized.
'Didn't you miss me?' she asked him, her tone hurt.
'Well..-'
'You didn't did you?' Her head lowered as she concentraded on not crying. A fierce PANG enraging her.

'Yes, I did miss you Rosie. I'm sorry I havn't been able to talk to you.' He smiled at her, she gave a little sniff.
'If you missed me so much why didn't you write?' She asked her, looking up to him through watery eyes.
'I..-' She cut over him.
'You didn't even bother Scorpius.' Her voice snapped at him like an angry dog.
'I-'
'You didn't even try did you? All those lies you said about us being together and being happy and not worrying you were lying.'
'Rosie I-'
'I bet your to busy with Lily to even care, she's my cousin Scorpius! How could you? I saw you kissing her! She's my cousin! My COUSIN.'
'Rose May Weasley for merlins sake listen to me!'
'No, you listen to me Scorpius De Malfoy. I am sick of being ignored by you, for months now we've been arguing. I want it to STOP. I want to be FRIENDS again. But NO all you care about is that you get my cousin so your dad can get to my Dad and Mum.'
Scorpius stood there in astonishment. 'How does she know?' He asked himself. Tears started rolling down Rose's cheeks, her hair was turning darker and darker, soon it was a cherry black.
'Rose please listen!' He pleaded to her, she folded her arms across her chest.
'Why should I? Why should I care about you? Your using my family to get to my Dad and it isn't fair! You made me care about you, no love potions or anything and guess what Scorpius, I'm fed up of you manipulating me like this. We're through.' And with one last bellow Rose stormed from the Library in a river of tears.

James sighed as he himself sat down in his chair, recieving a small smile from his sister Lily as she looked up from her book. James pulled some of his raven hair from his eyes before clearing his throat akwardly, his green eyes staring worridly at his sister.
'Lily... About you and Scorpius?' He asked her, she looked up at him then, tearing her eyes from her book again.
'What about it?'
'He's older... a Malfoy.'
'Yes, so?..'
'Dad doesn't aprove of it.'
'You told Dad?!' She stood up then, putting her book to the table.
'Yes, to ensure your safety.'
'I don't care James! You shouldn't have told Daddy dearest!'
'And why not? It's a Malfoy for merlins sake Lily!'
'Yes, and we're Potters I know, Mum and Dad hate DRACO Malfoy, not SCORPIUS.'
'But still, like father like son.'
'And like Dad your getting obsessed with thinking that Scorpius is up to something. He ISN'T.'
'As much as you know.'
'JAMES LEE POTTER, you leave Scorpius alone. He hasn't done anything wrong!'
At that moment Rose walked in, tears still streaming down her face. James got up that instant and grabbed at her shoulders, spinning her around to face him. He looked into her blue eyes, red and puffy, her hair was turning a kind of bluey colour now.

'Rosie! Rosie whats wrong?' He asked her, craddling her in his arms. Rose looked worridly to Lily.
'Why don't you ask Lily to ask her beloved Scorpius? She'll get the answer from him.' Rose shrugged her shoulders from James and walked up to the girls dorms.

'If that little scorpion has said anything horrible to Rose I swear I will Avada him.'
'Yes, and then Dad will send you to Askaban.'
'Well..'
'Well what?'
'Remember Dads map?'
'Oh you didn't.'
'Yes I did.'
'He's going to kill you.'
'Yes, he is.'
'And your happy about that because..?'
'Because now that Dad hasn't got the map he can't see what we're doing here.'
'Well done James, you figured out that Dads going to kill you when we go home.'
'What do you mean?'
'That was in Dads memory trunk, he's bound to notice it's not there. He gave his cloak to Al yea, 'cause Al's responcible. Mum gave me Grandmama's ring because she trusts me. But our parents aren't stupid James, there bound to notice it's missing.'
'Damn.'
'Well done captain obvious.'
James stormed up to the boys dorms and slammed his door.
'Oh how I love it when I'm right.' Lily smiled as she sat back down into her chair, picking up her book and starting to read again.
